Packages and memberships are not a guarantee of medication. Medical clearance may result in a decline of treatment or an alternative care plan.

Qualiphy

Qualiphy is an independent telehealth and good-faith examination (GFE) platform used for clinical evaluation and prescription workflows when clinically appropriate. This marketing website does not collect protected health information and does not run the full medical intake. After a consult or intake handoff, the patient completes medical clearance in Qualiphy’s secure environment. Clinical exams are completed through our partner Qualiphy. Every patient completes medical clearance with a licensed clinician before treatment or medication. Packages and memberships are not a guarantee of medication. Medical clearance may result in a decline of treatment or an alternative care plan.
