Sequence: consult → medical clearance (Qualiphy GFE) → care plan if appropriate. Prescription and treatment are provided only when clinically appropriate after medical clearance. Packages and memberships are not a guarantee of medication. Medical clearance may result in a decline of treatment or an alternative care plan.

Enrollment details, if offered, are discussed after medical clearance and in documents you sign in clinic. Every membership clinical service requires medical clearance first. The clinical questionnaire is completed in Qualiphy’s secure environment — not on this marketing site.
Care is packaged. Public pages do not constitute an à la carte offer or a retail pharmacy. These are independent compounding pharmacy partners. They fill prescriptions when a clinician of Salon Bales, PC determines it is clinically appropriate. Salon Bales, PC is not a pharmacy and does not operate a retail pharmacy. Third-party accreditation or certification marks belonging to these pharmacies are not displayed on this site.
Refunds and cancellations
This marketing website does not sell treatments at checkout. Consults, medical clearance, packages, and membership clinical services are arranged only after a licensed clinician determines care is appropriate.
To cancel or reschedule a booked consult or Vallejo studio visit, email support@salonbales.com or call (707) 755-7005. Fees already paid to independent partners — including Qualiphy for a good-faith exam, Stripe processing, or a compounding pharmacy — follow that partner’s terms.
Package and membership refunds, if any, are governed by the agreement you sign in clinic after medical clearance — not by a public retail return policy. Unused visits are not automatically refunded. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stripe, Inc. is the payment processor and merchant services provider for card payments and related billing. This marketing website does not store full card numbers.

Telehealth and clinical evaluation
Qualiphy is an independent telehealth and good-faith examination (GFE) platform used for clinical evaluation and prescription workflows when clinically appropriate. This marketing website does not collect protected health information and does not run the full medical intake. After a consult or intake handoff, the patient completes medical clearance in Qualiphy’s secure environment. Clinical exams are completed through our partner Qualiphy. Medical clearance may result in a decline of treatment or an alternative care plan. Telehealth is limited to California.
